You will engage with stakeholders, manage escalations, and drive process improvements in a dynamic environment. Formación

• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 CEFR).
• Experience in analytical tasks or projects involving data.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in transportation or logistics.
• Working experience in programming/coding languages.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage daily escalations.
• Support CO processes and projects.
• Identify root causes of deviations.
• Drive process improvements.
• Review and analyze deviations data.
• Collaborate with department managers on projects.
