Hello!

We are looking for a coworking assistant manager for Itnig to help us manage our coworking space! This is an entry-level position; previous experience as an office manager for at least 2 years is required.

About Us

Itnig is a coworking space located in Barcelona, focused on startups! We are situated in 22@, Barcelona.

Your Mission

Assist with the daily operations of the coworking space, including sales, administration, community engagement, maintenance, supplier relations, and ensuring the office functions smoothly and efficiently.

What will I be doing?

  • Managing the offices and spaces, maintaining a positive image and overseeing maintenance.
  • Getting to know coworkers, welcoming new members, and facilitating connections through events and activities.
  • Handling daily operations : canteens, benefits, meeting rooms, event spaces, cleaning, etc.
  • Managing front desk activities.
  • Resolving daily issues and attending to everyone's needs in the office.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to the coworking space.
  • Conducting coworking tours and sales for prospective long-term members.
  • Supporting event organization and execution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, organization, and execution skills; autonomous and proactive.
  • People-oriented, outgoing, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Technical understanding to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Active and able to walk around the office throughout the day.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work onsite daily; this role cannot be remote.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings for events or emergencies; typical hours are 9 : 00-13 : 00 and 14 : 00-18 : 00, with occasional evening shifts.
