A global warranty and insurance company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers in managing their coverage and resolving incidents. The ideal candidate should be a native or bilingual Norwegian speaker with a strong command of English (B2). This position offers a 4-month temporary contract with real chances of continuity, paid online training starting from day one, and a working schedule of 39 hours per week, fully remote from anywhere in Spain.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist a global company specialized in warranties and insurance for electronic devices. Your mission will be to support customers with coverage management and incident resolution—always ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
