Formación

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Nordics Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at our headquarters in Marbella. You will be responsible for driving sales performance across the Nordic markets, leading by example and supporting team growth through coaching and strategic input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the daily sales operations for the Nordic region (primarily Dutch-speaking customers).
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
  • Collaborate with management to define and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase revenue within the market.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales agents to deliver excellent results.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales management or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nordic markets is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for performance and results.
  • Able to work full-time on-site in our Marbella office.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and changing priorities.
