Best Hotels is seeking a professional with proven experience as a night receptionist for Roquetas de Mar at Hotel Best Roquetas .

Note : The position depends on the Head of Reception and is also required for Hotel Best Cambrils in Costa Dorada .

Main Functions :

• Attend to guests at the reception during the night shift.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks for the shift (such as lists, cash control, etc.).
• Manage and resolve complaints and incidents that occur during your shift.

Previous Experience :

At least 1 year of experience in the specified functions is required.

Required Training :

Training in tourism is a plus.

Intermediate to high proficiency in English is essential.

Knowledge of German is advantageous.
