A European Managed Service Provider is seeking a Network Security Engineer to provide second and third level support for Palo Alto security solutions. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and a solid understanding of firewall management. Fluent Spanish and English are required. This position offers industry-leading training and certification opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Palo Alto environment.
• PCNSE certification is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Panorama firewall management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level network security support.
• Conduct fault analysis and troubleshoot devices.
• Escalate incidents to Palo Alto specific TAC Teams.

Network Security Engineer - €50,000-€60,000 per year

We are searching for a Network Security Engineer with a deep knowledge in Palo Alto security solutions for one of our major international clients.

As a 2nd-3rd level security engineer you will be supporting key accounts across Europe, specialising in Palo Alto networks, using your command of Spanish and English.

PCNSE level knowledge is expected to succeed in this role, with strong skills across Panorama NGFW Management and Prisma SASE solutions.

In a deeply technical position such as this, your sole focus will be supporting customers with complex Palo Alto security products, providing specialist support, fault analysis and configurations across the Strata line of the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Second and third level network security support
• Fault analysis, troubleshooting and configuration of devices
• Appropriate incident escalation to Palo Alto specific TAC Teams
• Customer support in English and Spanish
• Rotational on-call work

Required Skills & Experience

• Support, troubleshooting and configuration of Palo Alto firewalls and security (5+ years)
• In depth knowledge of Panorama firewall management
• Prisma Access & Prisma SD-WAN SASE architecture
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• PCNSE certification (preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in Palo Alto environment
