A leading beverage company in Madrid is seeking a Regional Accounts Leader to lead the development of assigned accounts. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, building customer strategies, and optimizing resource allocation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in the beverage industry, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Fluency in English and a university degree are essential requirements for this role.

Formación

  • Proven experience in the Away From Home / Out of Home channel within the beverage industry.
  • At least 3 years in team leadership.

Job Purpose

Lead the development of Regional Accounts assigned to my responsibility, under the supervision of the hierarchical superior, proposing and executing the commercial strategy, establishing the appropriate commercial relationship, in order to achieve the objectives set out in the Unit Business Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial agreements negotiation : Negotiate the commercial agreements, in order to achieve the established growth and profitability objectives in the Business Plan.
  • Joint customer planning and value creation : Build shared strategies and plans with our customers to create joint value.
  • P&L optimization : Optimize resource allocation, investment, revenue and overall P&L to deliver efficient JBPs.
  • Customer and shopper insight : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their market and shoppers.
  • External insights : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of trends and changes in the broader market, including what competitors are doing.
  • Strategy and execution approach : Apply our vision into a clear strategy and execution approach for channels and key accounts.
  • Measures and metrics : Define and implement measures and metrics to assess the performance and compliance of key accounts.
  • Customer engagement : Establish an engagement platform on which CCEP can grow and maintain win-win customer relationships.
  • Internal leadership : Bring the best of CCEP to customer accounts, through creation and management of effective virtual teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer plans.
  • Channel opportunity mapping : Identify and propose entry strategies for new sales channels with potential for NARTD and ARTD categories.
  • Institutional visit preparation : Support and participate in strategic customer visits and presentations.

What do we expect from you?

Academic Education required
  • University degree.
  • We will positively value having complemented your training with a master's degree.
  • Fluency in English C1 (oral and written).
  • High knowledge of Office tools.
Experience
  • It is essential to have at least 3 years of experience in the sales department.
  • Proven previous experience in the Away From Home / Out of Home channel within the beverage industry is strongly valued.
  • It is essential to have at least 3 years in team leadership.
  • Sales experience in opening new markets or channels will be positively valued.
