The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor at Habeno, you will:

• Own your client relationships – guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions.
• Work closely with banks and real estate partners to secure the best possible financing solutions.
• Take responsibility for driving your pipeline and consistently turning opportunities into closed business.
• Build trust with international clients and partners, ensuring every interaction adds value.

Who You Are

We’re looking for strong sales profiles who combine energy, drive, and professionalism:

• Languages: English is required. Spanish is highly valuable. Swedish or Dutch are strong advantages.
• Background: Experience in mortgages, financial services, or real estate is a big plus – but not a requirement if you bring proven sales skills.
• Profile: Results-oriented, people-focused, and motivated by delivering growth.
• Mindset: A team player who contributes to a winning culture while driving your own success.
