Overview

Are you ready to discover the role of a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst at Netcompany?

Joining us as a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to support collaboration and efficient delivery.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
  • Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and manage a structured product backlog.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
  • Configure systems based on user needs and coordinate customizations with development teams.
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain clear documentation for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Work remotely from anywhere within Europe.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (master’s and certifications like CBAP/CSPO are a plus)
  • 6+ years of experience as a business analyst on large-scale projects for European institutions or the public sector
  • Strong skills in Agile methodologies, business process modeling (BPMN), and tools like ARIS and Camunda
  • Proficiency in gathering and translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Familiarity with BDD, story mapping, personas, Gherkin syntax, and user testing coordination
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to complex business environments and a fast learner.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous communication tools such as Apache Kafka is an asset.
