A technology solutions firm is seeking a talented Power BI Data Platform Engineer to manage and develop the ServiceNow platform. This remote role requires strong Azure Cloud and DevOps skills, plus experience in IT projects. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and have a proven track record in data management. This is a six-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, open to candidates based in Spain or Portugal.

Overview

The Eye Candy Solutions are looking for a talented Power BI Data Platform Engineer to join our team and lead the management and development of the ServiceNow platform.

We seek an IT professional with experience in IT and change projects, expertise in Azure Cloud and DevOps, and basic Data Management knowledge. Fluency in English and experience with Agile (Scrum) are preferred. This opportunity is for six months, with a high likelihood of extension. Candidates must reside in Spain or Portugal, and the role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and development of the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contribute to IT and change projects with a focus on Azure Cloud and DevOps practices.
• Apply basic data management and data engineering concepts as part of the data platform work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and strong analytical thinking.
• 3+ years of experience in IT and change projects.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure, systems, and tools.
• Azure DevOps experience with setting up pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of Data Management and Data Engineering.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong collaboration / communication skills.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) way of working.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Location: Remote; preferably candidates based in Spain or Portugal.
