Job Description

We are seeking a bicycle mechanic for our Trek Bicycle Store in Castelldefels. The position reports to the Store Manager and is a part-time role with an indefinite contract, working 20 hours per week.

The main responsibilities include:

• Completing work orders efficiently and within deadlines
• Performing various bicycle services such as tune-ups, brake and gear adjustments, wheel repairs, suspension checks, and transmission cleaning
• Assessing and inspecting bicycles for damages and necessary replacements
• Communicating with customers about service timelines and costs

Additional duties involve:

• On-site repairs as needed
• Assisting in sales and customer service
• Engaging with customers to provide excellent service and build relationships
