Este rol implica desarrollar estrategias de MDM, implementar soluciones tecnológicas y colaborar con diversos equipos para asegurar la calidad y consistencia de los datos. Se requiere experiencia sólida en MDM, SAP S4HANA y habilidades de liderazgo en proyectos ágiles.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 7-10 años en MDM y gestión de datos.
• Conocimiento de herramientas como Reltio y SAP S4HANA.
• Habilidad para liderar equipos y proyectos ágilmente.

Responsabilidades

We are now looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Product Manager to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group!

The primary purpose of the Master Data Management (MDM) Product Manager role is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of the company’s master data across all systems and business units. This role exists to drive the organization’s data strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Lead the Design and Implementation of MDM Solutions

Competencies & skills requirements:

Master Data Management (MDM) Expertise

• Competency: Deep understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data stewardship.

• Skill: Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM solution, including configuration, customization, and administration.

• Application: Ability to design and implement MDM strategies using Reltio to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across the organization.

ERP Integration Knowledge

• Competency: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP S4HANA.

• Skill: Experience in integrating MDM solutions with SAP S4HANA for seamless data flow and synchronization.

• Application: Ability to manage and optimize the integration between Reltio and SAP S4HANA, ensuring that master data is accurately and efficiently shared across systems.

Data Analytics and BI Proficiency

• Competency: Advanced understanding of data analytics, BI tools, and data warehousing concepts.

• Skill: Experience with Azure BI & Analytics solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard creation.

• Application: Ability to leverage Azure tools to analyze, visualize, and report on master data, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Project Management and Agile Methodology

• Competency: Strong project management skills with a focus on Agile methodologies.

• Skill: Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams through the MDM project lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and iteration.

• Application: Ability to manage MDM projects using Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Competency: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• Skill: Ability to effectively communicate technical MDM concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and buy-in.

• Application: Engaging business leaders, IT teams, and data owners to align MDM initiatives with organizational goals and ensure successful adoption.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking

• Competency: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Skill: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex data quality issues within the MDM system and its integration points.

• Application: Proactively addressing data challenges in Reltio, SAP S4HANA, and Azure environments to maintain high data integrity and reliability.

Technical Proficiency and Innovation

• Competency: Broad technical knowledge in cloud computing, data architecture, and emerging technologies.

• Skill: Familiarity with Azure cloud services, APIs, and automation tools for enhancing MDM processes and integration.

• Application: Innovating and optimizing MDM solutions by leveraging cloud technologies and best practices, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data management.

Job requirements and qualifications:

Minimum education: Bachelors or Masters Degree

Minimum experience: 7-10 years

Language skills: English C1

Required certificates: Preferred not mandatory :Project Management, Reltio and SAPS4HANA
