In this position, you will play a key role to efficiently manage and coordinate the procurement, availability, and delivery of materials needed for production—ensuring commitments to cost, quality, and customer delivery are met. The Material Planner will report to the Planning Manager within the Operational area. Responsibilities
  • Execute the procurement of raw materials and semi-finished products based on availability, forecasts, established criteria, and purchasing conditions
  • Manage changes in procurement needs caused by changes in planning, format, or components in products
  • Monitor supplier delivery times and transportation logistics
  • Implement changes in the SAP system for bill of materials and production orders
  • Collaborate to ensure that warehouse inventory reflects reality and control stock levels
  • Promote and participate in the implementation of improvement projects developed within their area of responsibiliy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Advance English
