Role Overview

We’re looking for a new professional to take the baton and drive the next leg of our marketing journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is not just passionate about marketing, but also excited to help take Kapturall to the next level. We need someone who will continue building our marketing foundation and elevate our strategies. You’ll manage everything from content creation and campaigns to analytics, all while collaborating with our growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

• Continue developing and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels (email, webinars, social media, etc.).
• Support Kapturall's growth with targeted marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Leverage analytics and data to refine and optimize campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, consultants, and our product team to maximize marketing impact.
• Transform strategy into execution. Hands-on development and execution of marketing campaigns including campaign flow builds, email, landing page and form creation, testing, tracking, etc.
• Create, implement, monitor and maintain dashboards of key success metrics, including revenue cycle analytics, marketing attribution reporting and ROI analysis.
• Strategizing and road mapping with internal stakeholders to identify future needs and projects to advance in our marketing maturity journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A creative and data-driven marketing professional with at least 5+ years of experience.
• Someone who’s excited about working in a fast-growing company that serves clients across multiple countries.
• A passion for marketing automation, demand generation, and technology-driven solutions.
• Expert knowledge of marketing technologies and industry best practices.
• Experience working with Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot or Pardot and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce and / or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Someone who is fluent in English, and since we're based in Spain, it helps if you speak Spanish as well.
• MCE certified, Marketo Certified Solutions Architect, CRM certifications, are a plus.
• Proven experience with digital marketing techniques including inbound / outbound marketing, demand generation (email, tradeshows, webinars, etc), analytics, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources.
• A team player who thrives in a multicultural, collaborative environment.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate in simple language to a variety of audiences.
• Detailed oriented and with high quality standards.
