A leading online travel business is seeking a DACH Marketing Lead based in either Barcelona or London. This role focuses on spearheading DACH marketing efforts, building demand and enhancing brand presence. Responsibilities include demand generation, managing social media strategies, and creating affiliate marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong digital marketing background, be autonomous, and have fluency in both German and English. The role will be generalist, albeit with a focus on demand generation, targeted campaigns, affiliates, social media, influencers and strategic partnerships.
Building demand generation across key channels.
Implement strategies to convert interest into bookings, utilising data to optimise channel performance and campaigns.
Oversee the social media strategy, spearheading influencer partnerships and media partners to enhance brand presence.
Champion the organisation's values and brand identity in all marketing efforts while ensuring campaigns resonate with the DACH audience's consumer behaviour, lifestyle and mentality.
Utilise data analytics to track and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and channel performance.
Work closely with product teams to ensure they meet DACH demand for specific travel experiences.

Experience in the travel, leisure or hospitality sectors desirable; similar industry experience will also be considered.
Flexibility to accommodate calls with global colleagues and partners in different time zones, which are likely to fall outside the usual 9‑5 at times.
Must be fluent in German (Native or Professional Level) and English.
