Marketing Lead – Fuel Our SaaS B2B Growth

At Loyal Guru, we're seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Lead to define and execute our marketing strategy, fueling our expansion in the SaaS B2B landscape. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, with a strong focus on storytelling, stakeholder collaboration, and campaign success. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll oversee all marketing initiatives, manage a designer and a Growth Marketing Specialist, and play a key role in positioning our company as a leader in customer engagement, data platforms, and personalization.
What We Expect from You
- Strategy Development : Define and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives, enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation.
- Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation : Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns that attract and convert qualified leads.
- Campaign Leadership : Design and coordinate industry-specific promotional campaigns across digital channels, PR, and media, with a focus on the food retail sector.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor a small but impactful team—including a designer and a Growth Marketing Specialist—to ensure seamless collaboration and outstanding execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, tech, and customer success teams to unify messaging, improve sales pitches, and deliver a cohesive customer journey.
- Content Creation & Communication : Develop engaging content for product launches, case studies, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications. Craft compelling stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitor positioning to inform and refine our marketing efforts.
- Customer-Centric Focus : Champion customer development, optimize experiences, and drive 1:1 personalization strategies, leveraging customer data platforms and journey optimization.
- Team Building : In the future, build and lead a high-performing marketing team to support organizational growth.
Skills and Experience
- Proven Experience : Demonstrated success in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology product-based companies.
- Product Marketing Background : Experience marketing technology or data-driven products, with a strong grasp of customer engagement and personalization tools.
- Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Technical Proficiency : Intermediate knowledge of CMS tools, marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho MarketingHub), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ZohoCRM). Basic design / editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
- Analytical and Operational Mindset : Expertise in planning, organizing, and executing efficient marketing strategies, with strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborative Leadership : A track record of nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across sales, tech, and marketing teams, ensuring aligned efforts.
- Digital Marketing Tools : Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, and ad platforms (social ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads) is an advantage.
- Excellent Communication : A talented storyteller with polished written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating impactful content for various audiences.
- English Proficiency : Strong ability to communicate effectively in English.
