We’re hiring a Market Researcher – Banking Sector (100% remote)

At General Software , we are looking for a Market Researcher to join an exciting, long-term project with a leading company in the banking sector .

You will design, conduct, and analyze user research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods , providing actionable insights to enhance the digital user experience.

Proven experience in Research , quantitative (surveys, data analysis, behavioral metrics) methodologies.

Strong command of Excel , with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

Spanish is considered a plus.

The opportunity to work on innovative projects within the banking sector .

100% Remote position .
