The role :

The Managing Director - FBO will lead the business with a clear strategic vision, taking responsibility for financial performance, day-to-day operations, team culture, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role involves steering growth while maintaining business stability, engaging people, and ensuring smooth operations.

• Shape and deliver the company vision
• Grow business with corporate clients and crew
• Lead client tenders and key negotiations
• Oversee cross-functional operations
• Ensure compliance within Spain
• Handle licensing and approvals
• Support a robust and secure IT setup

About you :

• Master's degree
• At least 10 years of leadership and people management experience
