Overview
Manager, Change & Engagement at Johnson & Johnson. Open to being based out of any J&J Technology office in multiple countries. This role supports transformative change management and communications initiatives within the global Technology Services organization, driving digital transformation and innovation across a fast-paced environment. You will help foster a culture of adaptability and play a central role in shaping how teams embrace innovation and adopt strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management and communications programs for the Technology Services organization, aligned with the global Technology strategy, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
- Participate in stakeholder mapping and impact analysis for major change programs, including stakeholder analysis, change assessments, resistance mitigation strategies, and adoption planning.
- Support the development and deployment of change interventions such as user personas, journey maps, training plans, and readiness assessments.
- Measure and report on the impact of change management activities and continuously improve approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across functional teams and leadership, building trust and a shared vision for change.
- Partner with communications teams to craft targeted messaging that supports change initiatives and engages stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology to champion change adoption and sustained engagement.
- Support strategic executive communications for the CTO / Global VP of Technology Services and leadership team (e.g., town halls, emails, select external engagements).
- Develop storytelling content around CTO-level priorities to share within Technology Services and across Technology via multiple channels (intranet, video, social media, email).
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of High School or equivalent; Bachelor’s / University degree is strongly desired.
- Experience and Skills: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including executing change strategies, impact assessments, resistance mitigation, and change realization. Strong expertise in building change artifacts (user personas, journey maps, readiness assessments). Proven ability to influence stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Understanding of technology and digital innovation. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration and growth mindset.
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI or Generative AI tools to enhance change initiatives or engagement. Change management certification is highly preferred. Experience working with external agencies is valued.
- Other: Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
