You will be the central planner ensuring our technical operations run like clockwork. This role is critical in transforming reactive tasks into a proactive, optimized program—managing suppliers, safeguarding assets, and upholding the stringent standards that our clients rely on.

Your Impact:

  • Mastermind the Maintenance Plan:Develop and execute the annual technical maintenance strategy in partnership with Site Management.
  • Own the Workflow Lifecycle:Manage maintenance requests from start to finish, guaranteeing compliance with SLAs and delivering precise performance reporting.
  • Drive Supplier Performance:Be the key liaison for maintenance contractors, conducting reviews and fostering partnerships built on quality and reliability.
  • Support Strategic Asset Management:Contribute to long‑term planning that maximizes the value and lifecycle of our critical infrastructure.
  • Ensure Operational Synergy:Prioritize activities with operational teams and act as a pivotal support point within our framework.

Who You Are:

The Essentials (Hard Skills):

  • Technical degree (Associate/Vocational) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical project planning, scheduling, and reporting within critical environments (data center, telecom, or related field).
  • Practical knowledge of planning and maintenance software (e.g., GMAO, CMMS, or similar systems).
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and asset management principles.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
