M&A Senior
with around 4 years of relevant experience to join our Corporate M&A team. This role will focus on managing the execution of M&A projects from LOI to closing. The person will primarily focus on execution but will also have some exposure to scouting and integration.Key Responsibilities :
Deal Execution :
Support the end-to-end M&A deal process, managing advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including commercial, finance, tax, legal, and operations, to facilitate due diligence and integration planning. Review due diligence reports and contracts.Stakeholder Engagement :
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial, business development, corporate finance, tax, legal, and local teams during due diligence to ensure alignment and effective transaction execution.Project Management :
Manage multiple M&A projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Assist in post-transaction activities for smooth hand-over to the integration team.Qualifications and Experience :
At least 4 years of experience in the full M&A deal cycle, with backgrounds in investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development roles.Experience managing or participating in M&A transactions, including project management, due diligence, and contract review.Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.High emotional intelligence and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Travel Requirements :
