Responsibilities

• Individually leading transactions
• Responsible for both originating and executing a variety of M&A deals.
• Development of target and potential transactions.
• Providing valuations and financial analysis through modelling.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional experience in M&A, Transactions Services or Investment Banking.
• Previous relevant exposure to the merger & acquisition life cycle (with either specific delivery, pre- or post-merger activity).
• Autonomy to lead transactions.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and writing).
• High team leadership skill
• Empathy and ability to be integrated in multicultural teams.
• Advanced in English (C1-C2).
• Numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• If you speak other languages e.g. Spanish or Arabic, that would be considered an advantage.
• Interest for digital and technology sectors.
