• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in the same role is preferred.

• Monitor the hotel entrance and luggage areas, ensuring they remain clear and safe.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Maintain the presentation of the front of house area to ensure a luxury experience from arrival to departure.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers, and valet services.
• Collaborate with the Concierge team to facilitate guest services efficiently.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Chief Concierge.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, handling their luggage and any belongings with efficiency and care.

As Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring accurate tagging and adherence to security standards.

• Monitor the hotel entrance and luggage areas, ensuring they remain clear and safe.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and entrance areas.

• Maintain the presentation of the front of house area to ensure a luxury experience from arrival to departure.

• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers and valet services.

• Collaborate with the Concierge team to facilitate guest services efficiently.
