Formación

Your mission

• Coordinate and monitor the supply chain process from China to Europe.
• Monitor shipments and proactively inform about delays in arrivals to Europe.
• Coordinate with the Sales Operations department to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and other issues.
• Evaluate and report based on KPIs.
• Serve as the contact point regarding transport status, delivery confirmations, and delays.
• Manage logistics projects.
• Oversee order releases and follow-up.
• Generate reports using Warehouse Management Systems and stock reports.
• Handle CMR collection and payment management.
• Benchmark transport providers and 3PLs.
• Support bi-annual stocktaking activities.
• Update logistics process documentation.

Your profile

• Background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
• Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and understand operational connections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience working with 3PLs and forwarders is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality.
