Una empresa farmacéutica internacional ubicada en Cataluña está buscando un responsable del inventario de productos terminados en relación a la sangre. Las tareas incluyen gestionar la importación de materiales, realizar ajustes de stock, y ser el contacto principal con los proveedores y almacenes. Se requiere experiencia en reconciliaciones de stock y una atención meticulosa a los detalles. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de contribuir a procesos críticos en el manejo de inventarios dentro de un entorno regulado.

Formación

• Responsable de la gestión del inventario de productos terminados de BDS.
• Experiencia en la realización de ajustes de stock y reconciliaciones.
• Capacidad para coordinar con proveedores y gestionar órdenes de compra.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar el inventario de reactivos y consumibles para BDS.
• Realizar seguimientos y planificación de envíos de materiales.
• Ser el contacto principal con proveedores y almacenes.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA

Responsible and accountable for managing Blood Donor Screening (BDS) finished goods inventory, encompassing reagents, consumables, instruments and spare parts.

• Ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy on the Import and Inventory Control processes, for BDS reagents, consumables, instruments, and spare parts, as well as packaging inventory.
• Follow up batches’ allocation, quantities, and shipment planning (flight / sea configurations.

Responsible for driving the import activities of mentioned materials, and all the activities related to the inventory management.

• Manage returns from customers and give clear instructions to the 3PL to book returned materials.
• Perform monthly stock Reconciliation SAP vs 3PL warehouse system.
• Ad-hoc stock adjustments to guarantee the optimal inventory accuracy.
• 3PL Cycle counts monitoring.
• Physical Stock Counts management.

Be the primary contact with suppliers (internal and external), 3PL warehouse, Technical Service and Quality.

• Generate purchase orders of packaging materials to external vendors. And monitor inbound shipments of packaging materials.
• Bulk containers for inbound shipments (MTS) rotation returns and stock control, outbound shipments documents generation and follow-up.
• Vendor Invoice verification (tracking and approval).
• Coordinate process of handling Instrument recertification and Spare parts returns and refurbishments (including interface with the 3PL warehouse, QA, and Technical Service).
• Generate and report monthly accruals to Finance.
