The role involves managing the logistics of after sales operations, including shipping and tracking pieces. Responsabilidades

• Receive pieces from retail stores.
• Ship repaired pieces to retail stores.
• Ship pieces to external workshops and track them in the system.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Update after sales system with shipping notes and documents.
• Update Excel file with list of received pieces.
• Prepare spare parts and ship them internationally.

Conocimientos

Experience in transport and logistics environments

We are looking for a logistic administrator to join our After Sales team to perform the logistics after sales operations on a temporary basis. This role will report to the After Sales team section leader.

Your role

• Receive pieces fom retail stores
• Ship repaired pieces to retail stores
• Ship pieces to external workshops and track them in the system
• Prepare shipping documents
• Update our after sales system with shipping notes and documents
• Update an Excel file with the list of received pieces
• Prepare spare parts and ship them internationally

Qualifications

• Experience in transport and logistics enviroments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical skills and data accuracy.
