Formación

• 2+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) hands-on experience with Transformer/LLM models.
• Bonus: Experience with model compression, RAG systems, HPC, TensorRT, vLLM, or DevOps/MLOps.

Mid / Senior LLM Engineer

Our client is Europe’s largest software company. With over 200+ team members worldwide, they deliver hyper-efficient AI that powers industries from finance to energy to manufacturing.

They're looking for a Mid / Senior LLM Engineer to join our growing AI team. You’ll work alongside world-leading experts on groundbreaking projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop new methods for compressing and optimizing LLMs
• Fine-tune and benchmark models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into real-world products
• Guide and mentor junior engineers in LLM development
• Stay at the cutting edge of research in AI, LLMs, and quantum-inspired computing

What We’re Looking For

• MSc / PhD in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 2+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) hands-on experience training or fine-tuning Transformer / LLM models
• Strong expertise in PyTorch, HuggingFace, and GPU computing
• Experience with cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker)
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Bonus : Experience with model compression, RAG systems, HPC, TensorRT, vLLM, or DevOps / MLOps.
