As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we seek a Commercial Director to lead our Marbella office.
This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in one of the most dynamic luxury real estate markets in Southern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead our commercial strategy and business development efforts for the Marbella region.
- Oversee a team of agents and team assistants, setting clear goals and driving high performance.
- Ensure profitability and growth of our business unit, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent our brand in the region, fostering key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and implement innovative growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and report regularly to Regional Directors and company leadership.
- Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent within the office.
- Guarantee that compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction levels are consistently high.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in commercial leadership positions within the Marbella real estate market.
- Proven experience leading sales teams in high-performance environments.
- Strong understanding of the Marbella real estate market and international client base.
- Native or fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
- Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating multicultural teams.
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
