Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Team Lead Hunter in Barcelona. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each call. You will also use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.

  • Achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call
  • Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are proficient or bilingual in English, have a high school diploma with six months of sales experience, and are able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Additionally, you should be skilled in multi-tasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly. Basic computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge are also essential.

Benefits

We offer a full-time 39 hours / week permanent contract, salary up to €21,000 gross / year + up to €5,000 gross / year in bonus, and €1,200 gross / year team lead function.
