Job Summary
HP's Large Format Printing Finance team is seeking a strong analyst to provide spend management, guidance and analytics to the different Large Format GBU organizations. Partners with the business and finance leadership through spend management. Drives proactive spend management initiatives to improve processes and OOP.
Responsibilities
- Drives the Budget, Flash and Month End Close processes, partnering closely with the business teams and the Finance organizations
- Provides accurate end-to-end spend management for business pre and post allocated
- Support spend analytics for SBTN
- Drives regular choice point review meetings to identify risks and opportunities in order to improve our OOP through best in class spend management
- Ensures the right spend management controls are in place and being followed
- Responsible of ensuring that the spend reporting is being communicated correctly and makes sure that it includes all relevant information to facilitate decision making
- Actively involved in Digital Transformation initiatives for spend management
Education & Experience
Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-8 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
