A leading software engineering firm in Barcelona seeks an expert to join its team for verification and validation activities of IVD instruments. Join our expert team to support verification and validation activities for IVD instruments and reagents. You will apply your knowledge of biology, laboratory processes and functional QA to execute controlled tests, maintain traceability of results and ensure reliable system performance.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long‑term goals.

Executing verification and validation tests for IVD systems, documenting results with full traceability, identifying deviations or trends, maintaining laboratory instruments, preparing and managing reagents and materials, monitoring stock, and applying the procedures of the Quality System required for daily laboratory activities.
This position is fully presential in Parets, five days per week.
The onboarding will take place from February to April during morning shifts for training. From April onwards the shift will move to afternoons. The contract is temporary until mid May with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.
