Formación

  • Degree or FP in Administration is required.
  • Knowledge or training in Biology or similar would be valuable.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level).
  • Advanced user of Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Valuable previous experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision.
  • Experience in a similar role or in the Healthcare sector, especially IVF clinics.

Responsabilidades

  • Follow laboratory's procedures for sample handling and record-keeping.
  • Manage customer requests via email, phone, and fax.
  • Handle documentation requirements effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to the laboratory team.
  • Ensure accuracy and proofreading of company documentation.
  • Enter and update client data using appropriate software.
  • Identify and notify issues affecting test performance.

What are you accountable for achieving?
  • Follow the laboratory\'s procedures for samples handling and maintaining records of patient test results
  • Dealing with customer requests by email, phone, fax, etc
  • Responsible for handling documentation requirements
  • Outsourcing and overseeing of sample reception area
  • Providing administrative support to the laboratory team
  • Ensuring accuracy and proofreading any company documentation prior to registering the data in the software
  • Entering and updating client data where required using the proper software
  • Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance and either must correct the problems or immediately notify the general supervisor, technical supervisor, clinical consultant, or director
  • Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory\'s established performance specifications
What are we looking for?
  • Degree or FP in Administration
  • Knowledge or training in Biology or similar would be valuable
  • Level B2 of English speaking and writing
  • Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, Word...)
  • Valuable previous experience with ERP (Navision preferable)
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in Healthcare sector, IVF clinics preferable
