This role involves collaborating with clients to tackle planning challenges and design Kinaxis modules, including demand and supply planning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and excellent communication skills to facilitate workshops and support end-users, ensuring a successful implementation. Occasional on-site visits may be required.

Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant

€500 - €700 per day

Remote (Very occasional on-site visits)

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Solution Consultant to join a leading consulting firm, delivering cutting‑edge supply chain planning solutions to global clients. This role focuses on leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand supply chain planning challenges and translate them into Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis modules, focusing on demand planning, supply planning, and scenario simulation.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, ensuring solution quality and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end‑users, ensuring successful adoption of Kinaxis solutions.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate Kinaxis with ERP and other supply‑chain systems.
• Stay informed about Kinaxis product enhancements and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of supply‑chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with Kinaxis is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Author Level 3 or Solution Architect certifications are preferred.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed for client engagements.
