A leading player in EV charging and clean energy is seeking a Key Account Manager/ Business Development Lead in Catalonia to drive commercial activities across Spain and Portugal. This strategic role focuses on growing market presence and building charging networks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in business development or account management, strong knowledge of EV markets, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

  • 3+ years in business development, account management, or solution sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Iberian or European EV charging markets.
  • Experience with OEMs, infrastructure, energy, or public sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Market Development & Sales

  • Identify and convert new opportunities across EV, transport, logistics, and energy sectors
  • Drive regional growth through focused sales execution

Strategic Account Management

  • Manage key client relationships across the full project lifecycle
  • Deliver tailored, value-driven solutions

Product & Market Positioning

  • Represent the brand at events and in the industry

Internal Collaboration

  • Align with technical, marketing, and ops teams
  • Share market insights to shape product and strategy

Commercial Proposals

  • Lead on proposals, pricing, and negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations

Ideal Profile:

  • 3+ years in business development, account management, or solution sales
  • Strong knowledge of Iberian or European EV charging markets
  • Experience with OEMs, infrastructure, energy, or public sector
  • Solid technical understanding of EV charging or smart energy
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
