The role involves managing the order-to-cash process for B2B customers, tracking and resolving order issues, and preparing performance reports. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role, advanced English skills, and a good understanding of Excel and SAP. Flexible working arrangements are available.

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced level of English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Support initiating and monitoring new customer creations.
• Assist with raising sales orders and ensuring correct dispatch.
• Help manage return orders for faulty or commercial reasons.
• Create and support weekly/monthly/ad hoc performance reports.
• Collect and resolve incidents as the main contact for wholesale customers.

Advanced English

Good level of Excel

SAP knowledge
