The role

We are looking for a Junior QA in Spain. You will join our team of developers and testers in a creative and international environment. You will be part of a multinational engineering organization focused on people and our product.

From day one, you will take on responsibilities for ensuring the stability, functionality, quality and performance of our products by using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to help identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tests, such as regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
• Conduct tests across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
• Report issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring findings are clearly documented.
• Verify that reported bugs are resolved by the development team.
• Attend daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and potential blockers.
• Assist in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with QA, development and business teams to ensure thorough testing.
• Research and utilize testing tools to improve automation and performance.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Knowledge of test manual tools.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and bug reports.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
• Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about new technologies; problem-solving mindset, patience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also being a great team player.
• Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development.
• Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with test automation tools.
• Interest and some knowledge of AI.
