Role and Team

Crisalix is growing and has new products that require the best talent. We are looking for a Junior QA in Spain. You will join our team of developers and testers in a creative and international environment. The team is a multinational engineering organization focused on people and our product. We work hard and have a meaningful project ahead to make Crisalix an excellent place to work.

Responsibilities

• As a passionate and proactive Junior QA in an Agile environment, take on responsibilities to ensure the stability, functionality, quality and performance of our products using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve issues to contribute to an exceptional user experience.
• Perform regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
• Test across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
• Report issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring findings are documented clearly.
• Verify that reported bugs are resolved by the development team.
• Attend daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and blockers.
• Help resolve support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with QA, development and business teams to ensure thorough testing.
• Research and use testing tools to improve automation and performance; stay up to date with QA trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes; knowledge of manual testing tools.
• Experience writing clear, concise test plans, test cases and bug reports; understanding of manual and automated testing.
• Problem-solving mindset, patience and attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Preferable: experience with Agile/Scrum, Selenium or Cypress, test automation tools, and interest/knowledge in AI.
