Overview

International SOS is seeking a talented Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and drive impactful campaigns that enhance our online presence and contribute to our mission of saving lives and protecting global workforces.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns through Eloqua, aimed at generating qualified B2B leads and nurturing prospects throughout the sales funnel.
  • Planning and delivery of webinars by integrating GoToWebinar, Salesforce, and Eloqua, positioned to engage key decision-makers such as Security Directors, HR leaders, and Risk Managers.
  • Management and optimization of the Spanish website using Sitecore 10, ensuring localized, relevant content that supports lead conversion and sales goals.
  • Data cleaning in Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate lead databases and support effective campaign targeting and sales outreach.
  • Creation and localization of digital content and global campaigns for the Spanish market, adapted for the .es website and LinkedIn.
  • Coordination and execution of industry-relevant events, in collaboration with Sales and Security teams, to generate leads and strengthen brand authority.
  • Collaboration with sponsors and partners to co-create and promote content, organize joint webinars, and maximize event impact for lead acquisition.
  • Monthly reporting and performance analysis of campaigns and lead generation efforts, presented to the General Manager for Southern Europe.
  • Development of marketing assets including videos, articles, social media posts, banners, and brochures to support awareness and lead generation strategies.

Required Competencies
