About the Role

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Key Account Manager to lead our most important domestic retail partnerships and accelerate growth for one of the most innovative brands in beauty tech. This is your opportunity to take ownership of key accounts, shape strategy, and make a visible impact in a fast-paced, globally recognised company.

Key activities and responsibilities :
  • Lead and grow strategic retail partnerships — take full ownership of key domestic accounts, driving performance through innovative account strategies and exceptional relationship management.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner who understands their business and delivers tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities — from strategic alliances and new sales channels to creative distribution agreements that expand market reach and visibility.
  • Own your portfolio’s commercial performance, managing account P&L, forecasting sales, and executing initiatives that maximise profitability and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement impactful trade marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and visual merchandising strategies that boost sell-out performance.
  • Support the expansion of our premium retail network, including spas, beauty boutiques, and other partners aligned with our brand positioning.
  • Be a true brand ambassador — represent FOREO with deep product and brand knowledge, inspiring partners and teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor performance data and market insights to provide actionable recommendations that drive continuous growth and a competitive advantage.
  • Negotiate, influence, and close key deals, leveraging your commercial acumen to strengthen relationships and secure long-term success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and field teams to ensure flawless execution across all retail touchpoints.
  • Continuously drive growth, taking initiative to identify new opportunities, enhance processes, and exceed sales targets.
  • Perform other activities aligned with business priorities and leadership direction.
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven success in key account management, sales, or a similar commercial role — ideally within retail, beauty, or consumer goods.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Outstanding sales acumen — you know how to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive consistent growth.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a can‑do attitude — proactive, resourceful, and energised by challenges.
  • Solution‑oriented mindset, able to think strategically and act decisively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for innovation, retail excellence, and brand building.
