Key Responsibilities for Sales Agents

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and showcase properties professionally.
• Guide clients through the entire buying process, from first contact to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities for Listing Agents

• Identify and secure new property listings.
• Advise property owners on pricing and marketing strategies.
• Create compelling property presentations and manage marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to match listings with potential buyers.

About You

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of Tenerife and its real estate market.

Preferred Skills
