At ING we are looking for an IT & Cyber Risk Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designated projects, developments, or business initiatives, challenging and advising on information risks.
• Participate and challenge in risk assessments on projects, developments or business initiatives to ensure proactive risk management is adhered to.
• Be a trusted advisor towards IT teams.
• Challenge and periodically report upon the risks of key strategic programs and projects.
• Create and publish ad-hoc risk analysis, risk papers, and risk reports with fact‑finding, research, and documenting activities.
• Monitor and challenge stakeholders to ensure IT deliveries are secure and compliant; train IT DevOps engineers to embed security and risk in the IT squad.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2‑5 years) in both IT Security and Risk, and a passion for Information Security.
• Track record as an IT (Security) expert with strong information risk management skills.
• Problem analysis, judgment, persuasiveness, investigative and learning ability, planning and organizing skills, and the ability to anticipate the business situation.
• Ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management.
• Professional education and international certifications in Information (Technology); fluent in English (written and spoken).
