Responsibilities include monitoring IT systems, ensuring data security, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate has a relevant IT degree and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, along with fluency in English and Spanish.

Overview

To manage the IT service delivery for the seating facility under his responsibility, it is the mission of the IT Supervisor to assure that the plant has all the IT systems needed by production available, reliable, and with proper performance, doing so according to the Values of Lear and the ISMS directives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all systems are monitored and maintained to guarantee the integrity and security of company data.
  • Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of networking infrastructure.
  • Ensuring maximum availability of all computer systems, including hardware, networks, IT security, and telecommunications.
  • Managing and ensuring first-class service levels are provided to support all customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISMS and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for IT systems and operations.
  • Adhering to all corporate standards.
  • Delivering all corporate requirements satisfactorily and on time.
  • Managing all aspects of personnel management, including recruitment, performance evaluations, training, shift coverage, holidays, out-of-hours support, disciplinary actions, and working with IT management to organize site staff rotation.
  • Providing first-line support and problem analysis / rectification using corporate incident logging applications.
  • Maintaining and improving documentation and procedures to enable smooth operations, sustain a knowledge base, and build a historical database.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT governance requirements and promoting control practices in daily responsibilities.
  • Liaising with other regional locations to ensure effective teamwork supporting business needs.
Key Requirements
  • IT University degree or CFGS.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading IT teams in manufacturing environments.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent knowledge of technology and quality.
  • Good communicator capable of operating well under pressure.
  • Adaptable and able to lead and embrace change.
  • Ability to communicate in English and fluency in Spanish.
