What are we looking for?

Blue is looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our team and support both internal operations and client implementations. The ideal candidate will assist with technical setups, tag implementations through GTM or Shopify, and provide hands-on support for team devices and workspaces. You will also manage system processes, stay updated on market innovations, and contribute to web development and data management tasks. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you will coordinate with IT teams, assist clients, and prepare monthly presentations to share updates and insights with the team.

Responsabilities

Technical support and implementation:

• Assist the team and clients with tag implementation through the GTM or Shopify.
• Provide technical support for team members' laptops.
• Set up new computers and prepare workspaces for newcomers.

System and process management:

• Keep up to date with market innovations in retargeting.
• Maintain and update the Monday board with daily responsibilities.
• Webscraping and HTML development for the client's custom guides.
• Assist on the call with the client for the implementation of the Blue codes.

Collaboration and communication:

• Coordinate with the BR IT team for technical matters.
• Prepare and deliver monthly presentations to the team.
