A dynamic hospitality company based in Spain seeks an IT Support Specialist to join their Infrastructure and IT Support Team. Responsibilities include supporting HQ office staff and hotel IT systems, onboarding new employees, and providing hardware fixes while fostering a culture of teamwork and problem-solving. Formación

  • Experience in an IT service desk.

You will be part of the Digital & Technology group's Infrastructure and IT Support Team, where you will be supporting the organization on all IT support request. We ensure that IT is functioning, whether it is office IT or Infrastructure – to keep our hotels running and our guest happy.

We are a small, tight‑knit team and we manage a lot of technologies, so there is a lot of learning and knowledge‑sharing. We’re true team players and through trust, we achieve results. Everybody has their specialties and you ensure that others know what is needed to support the organization. You can work independently but you know when to ask for support from a colleague as well.

What You’ll Do
  • Support HQ Office staff on IT related issues
  • On and offboarding employees to and from our systems (and help smoothen the process)
  • Help Hotel staff when they are experiencing issues with the IT systems
  • Office 365 Support
  • Managing access to systems
  • Fixing hardware issues
  • Visit our hotels to help onsite with IT related issues in the widest sense: office IT, CCTV, access control, In Room TV, WiFi – you name it.
Who You Are
  • You have experience in an IT service desk.
  • You have experience providing (remote) IT Support Experience with Office 365.
  • You speak English since that’s our main language. Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk, monday.com, Powershell, networking, Salto, Aruba are also all a plus.
