A leading technology firm is seeking an IT Specialist to support operations across Europe. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, overseeing IT systems, and supporting Microsoft Business Central. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and work collaboratively across multicultural teams, ensuring system alignment with global strategies.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Experience with production planning software is a plus.
• Project management experience preferred.

Stahls' is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Specialist to oversee and support IT operations across our European locations. The ideal candidate will be multilingual in English, and Spanish as a minimum, and capable of bridging communication between teams in different countries. This role ensures that local IT systems are aligned with the global Stahls’ Group strategy, supporting core business applications, infrastructure, and production planning tools.

Key Responsibilities

Regional IT Oversight

Serve as the primary IT contact for all European locations.

Ensure systems, networks, and security practices meet both local and global standards.

Coordinate IT projects across Europe to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Systems Alignment & Implementation

Support the rollout, maintenance, and user adoption of

Microsoft Business Central

across European sites.

Lead and manage the integration of

Dynamics Customer Insights

as the central CRM platform.

Collaborate on the evaluation, implementation, and support of

production planning tools

(e.g., Easyview or similar, TBD).

Collaboration & Communication

Act as a liaison between European offices and the wider Stahls’ global IT team.

Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders in English or Spanish.

Work closely with local leadership and cross-functional departments to identify technology needs and deliver solutions.

Operational Support

Provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and user issues.

Troubleshoot technical problems and implement long-term solutions.

Maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures in line with company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish

(both written and spoken).

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft ERP and CRM systems (Business Central, Dynamics preferred).

Experience with production planning software a plus.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security, cloud).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Project management experience preferred.

Willingness to travel as and when required. We currently have sites across Europe in Germany, Spain, Italy and UK.
