What Would You Need?

• University degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development and project management, focusing on data management projects in cloud environments.
• Experience managing cloud software projects using AGILE methodologies.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level) with professional experience in international environments.
• Corporate competencies such as responsibility, commitment, and rigor.
• Organizational and disciplinary skills, especially for remote work.
• Essential skills including the ability to learn, teamwork, task prioritization, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

What Will You Do?

• Lead project governance ceremonies, including Product Committees, Steering Committees, Rollout Committees, Gates, and Digital Risks, following organizational rules.
• Coordinate synchronization among project providers to meet development and deployment goals, identifying blockages.
• Manage a pool of contractors by monitoring progress, costs, risks, and blockages.
