Responsibilities

• Task management and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Resolution of incidents on-site and remotely.
• Installation and configuration of printers (IP printers group policies).
• Configuration of mailboxes primarily Outlook.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
• User creation and VPN configuration.
• Administration and maintenance of one-to-one devices projectors interactive whiteboards speakers servers.
• Application installation.
• IP telephony management.
• Video conference room management.
