Formación

• Strong experience in IT Change Management within large-scale environments.
• Solid understanding of risk, impact and quality processes.
• Ability to coordinate with distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing Major Changes and operational governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Change Requests ensuring alignment with directives.
• Support CTOs and IT operational teams throughout the Change lifecycle.
• Control and validate production changes, assessing risks.
• Manage conflicts between scheduled changes and coordinate calendars.
• Prepare and organize CCB / CAB meetings, advising senior management.
• Coordinate Major IT Production Operations including communication flows.
• Provide reporting and analysis after major operations.
• Maintain procedures and documentation for compliance.
• Ensure Change Ticket data quality for IT Production.
