A leading pharmaceutical company in Barcelona is looking for an IT Business Process Manager to oversee IT services and ensure alignment with business processes. This role requires extensive knowledge in SAP and project management abilities. Candidates should have a strong background in master data management and process integration. The position offers a full-time opportunity with responsibilities that include liaising with programming teams and proposing system improvements.

Formación

  • Experience with SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP WM, QM, and SAP CO-PC.
  • Strong understanding of master data management processes.
  • Proven project management experience.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Corporate Service Delivery Area Leader, manage the relationship with the business by monitoring IT services (projects, enhancements, incidents). Propose improvements and collaborate with the business area on prioritization.
  • Project management: estimation (costs, resources, time), monitoring, and risk management, following the department’s quality plan methodology.
  • Act as the point of contact with the BPO / Key User of the business process, performing requirements analysis and solution implementation.
  • Coordinate and monitor developments with programming teams.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, identify improvement actions, and define the technological and functional evolution within their area (systems roadmap).
  • Prioritize demand in line with defined service levels and the priorities of the corresponding business area.
  • Ensure that the necessary documentation exists for the supported processes.
  • Act as System Owner for the systems under their responsibility.
