Overview

We are looking for someone with good stakeholder management skills, effective communication, with proven experience in Factory Engineering and / or IT experience to join our T&P Regional Business Solutions team.

We are currently seeking a RBS EUR IS / IT Asset Maintenance Management & SHE Team Lead to join the IT T&P Department. This role involves working 50% with the Global Design & Build team on product development and 50% on implementation in EUR factories. You will manage IT products related to asset maintenance, including plant maintenance data, SAP Plant maintenance, and predictive maintenance solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, ensuring product adoption, and delivering value. You will also coach and develop your team to support Nestlé's initiatives for simplifying processes and standardizing practices across markets.

What you'll do :

• Delight 3,000+ users (Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance planners and managers, technical store supervisors, finance controllers, senior management) across the globe to plan, execute, report, analyze and optimize Asset maintenance using state of the art IT applications.
• Jointly with Engineering team and related business units establish product implementation roadmaps for the products in scope clearly focusing on unlocking business value.
• Ensure that AMM solutions are implemented by you and your Business Analyst in EUR in coordination with the Business units, as well as with GLOBE Technology Platforms
• Ensure timely and quality IT support to the applications in zone EUR and drive continuous improvements
• Ensure IT local and regional applications are compliant
• Drive outcome-based innovation along with the engineering teams in factories to optimize the asset health and maintenance costs
• Use the deep understanding of the business capabilities to segment IS / IT customers based on their needs and profile. Provide an outside-in-based view of how to best target each segment
• Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
• Analyze competitive landscape, specifically for TCO / value for money to inform the product strategy before and during product life
• Understands the business risk appetite and delivers applications within that acceptable risk level.
• Manage the team :

What will make you a great fit?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Factory Engineering and / or IS / IT function, managing engineering / maintenance related solutions.
• Knowledge of one or more technologies like SAP plant maintenance, AMM mobile -Prometheus, Predictive maintenance solutions.
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication skills at all levels, in a global environment, and in English.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Very good organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
